We may remove any content deemed inappropriate, offensive, or in breach of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials on our platforms, including software, graphics, text, branding, and design elements, are the intellectual property of Mysa Digital or its licensors.

8. Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds

Certain services require payment of fees via Stripe. You agree to provide accurate billing details and authorise us to process payments through our chosen provider.

8.1 Monthly Subscriptions

No refunds are provided for monthly subscription payments once processed.

8.2 Annual Subscriptions

Partial refunds may be issued as follows:

• 0–45 days after purchase: 75% refund
• 46–90 days: 50% refund
• 91–180 days: 25% refund
• 181+ days: no refund available

Refunds are processed through Stripe within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Cancellation and Account Deletion

Users may cancel subscriptions or delete their accounts at any time. Upon deletion, data is permanently removed within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Data Protection and Privacy

All personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Service Availability and Modifications

We endeavour to maintain continuous access to our platforms but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

We reserve the right to:

• Introduce new features or impose limits on existing functionality.

We are not liable for any loss arising from service interruptions or modifications.

Certain organisations, such as universities, may operate co-branded versions of Pondera. These organisations can manage users within their own network but have no access to data or communications outside their own institution.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mysa Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our platforms.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of our services.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mysa Digital, its affiliates, and staff from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our platforms.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms or acted in a way that may harm our operations or reputation.

Upon termination, all rights granted under these Terms shall cease immediately.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
